Damandeep is the Director of L&D and Service Excellence at Aurovalor. He is an established leader in the industry with close to 18 years of experience across industry-leading organizations including Zscaler and Dell Technologies.
Damandeep works with a growth and innovation mindset. He holds an enviable track record of cultivating high performing teams that deliver “best in class” performance.
At Aurovalor, Damandeep will oversee all areas of L&D and Service Excellence. He is responsible to set the strategy and direction to create, advance and scale training and service excellence programs that cater to the different segments of corporate population starting from students to working professionals, partners, and process managers helping them succeed in their roles and deliver a fantastic experience to their customers.
